I want to purchase a product
Search for your product by ISBN, author, title, series or keyword. Add the products you wish to purchase to your online shopping cart and follow the onscreen instructions to complete the transaction. You will be required to set-up an eCommerce registration account with Pearson prior to checking out your cart.

Registration is by customer type. You will need to select whether you are requesting an eCommerce account for a student, educator/teacher, school/university, or bookseller.

I am a Bookseller or School and don't have a Pearson trading account. How can I set one up?
Contact Customer Service at Edify Limited for information on setting up a bookseller or institution account. It takes about 48 hours to make the account active.

I've lost my password. How can I reset the password?
Select the reset password option and follow the instructions. The new password will be sent to the email attached to the eCommerce account.

The person who had the eCommerce online account has left the business/school, and the email account is no longer available, what do I do?

How can I see my net price?
You must be logged into the bookseller/school account section of the website to see your net price.

How can I send orders to Pearson?
Orders can be made online through our website, emailed, faxed or phoned through to Customer Service at our New Zealand distributor, Edify Limited.

How do I set up an EDI account with Pearson?

Is there a data feed of Pearson titles I can download?
There is a file available in CSV format that can be downloaded once you are logged in as a bookseller.

Can I preview a product?
Most of our products for our local Schools products will have sample pages accessible to you. Click into the product record and if you see a "Sample pages" tab displayed, simply click on the link to download the file.

I need an access card.

Many of our Pearson texts now include an access card for the accompanying digital product. If a product contains an access card with the textbook, an image of the access card will be displayed with the product image. The product description will also inform if the selected product includes an access card.

I want to download supplements for my adopted text
Many of our resources are available for download. Search or browse for your title and select the Instructor Downloads tab on the left side of the screen. Complete the one time registration process and once approved you can access your resources.

I would like to request an inspection copy
To request an inspection copy of any of our products, you first need to have registered for an Educator/Personal or a School/Teacher account. Once you have an active account click on the 'I'd like to request an inspection copy' link and complete the form against specific products.

NB: School teachers should register a School/Teacher Account if they want to order inspection copies AND place orders against their Pearson School Trading Account.  You will need the permission from your school to place orders on their behalf and will also need to enter the Pearson School Account Number when registering online.
