How do I open a direct account with Pearson?
Send a completed account application form to the fax or email address listed. Typically this will be approved within 5 working days. For further details contact your ELT Education Consultant.

Will you have my books in stock?
We endeavour to hold stock of popular titles. This means our major coursebook series and associated teacher's resources along with the most popular Penguin Readers should always be in stock once a title has published. If you order any of our ELT titles that are not in stock, delivery time will be approx 4-5 weeks.

How long will it take to get my order?

Once an order has been placed, if in stock, it will usually leave our Melbourne distribution centre the next day and should be delivered within 5 days. If you are in regional New Zealand it may take a few days more to arrive.
