This Pearson Custom publication has been compiled for The University of Waikato Business students.
This textbook is about integrated thinking in the context of E-business and Supply Chains. The textbook itself gathers together background material from four textbooks. Three chapters from Christopher’s world renowned supply chain text provide frameworks and key concepts. E-business is covered in two chapters from the New Zealand edition of the respected Kroenke MIS text. Thirdly, the introductory chapter of Maani and Cavana’s text on Systems Thinking covers the fundamentals of developing an integrated view of the world. In addition a range of interesting, relevant and short case studies are included from these three texts, plus two additional cases from Shah’s text on supply chains.
